Canada offers refugee/Asylum protection to those who are inside Canada and

have fear of persecution or torture or risk of life if they leave Canada and go

back home.

These people can claim for refugee/asylum. To make this claim first thing to do

is:

• Determine eligibility because some people are not eligible to make refugee

claim.

• Apply for asylum claim

• Appear for a hearing
